It is the history of the technical staffing industry, and as well at DRG since 1986, to provide a variety of relationships to match what individual professionals want. We have used the phrase "Mutual Beneficial Relationship" since day one . . . we hope you'll find that one of our options may fit your situation."

Salaried Employment Positions

Contract Hourly Employees

  • Initial interview and resume work establishes our contingent work relationship
  • You are entered in our database
  • When projects match your background and interest you are then contacted for submission approval.
  • If you provide permission, we then jointly establish an hourly rate and a confirmation letter is sent to you on the client and rate
  • If client is interested, we handle the interview process
  • If client extends an offer and you accept, we establish our written Employment Agreement
  • Follow-up for client and your satisfaction is done on a continuous, regular basis
  • Benefits provided
  • Payroll is semi-monthly

Sub-Contractor Options
We work with qualified, incorporated businesses that have established themselves as service providers. Their requirements are as follows:

  • Federal I.D. Number
  • Worker's Compensation Insurance
  • General Liability Insurance
  • Completing and signing Sub-Contractor Agreement and Purchase Order
  • Our procedure for initial placement follows the first five steps of hourly contract employees
  • Invoices are paid within three (3) days of receipt of our invoice from the client

Benefits
DRG provides Group Health Insurance, Term Life Insurance, Cafeteria Plan and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance plans.

We also have an elective 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan that provides for pre-tax (Federal and State) deductions from your gross pay. The pre-tax deductions are submitted by DRG to Retirement Plans Limited, whom then provide the services of self-directed investments. The firm of Retirement Plans Limited monitors the Plan for compliance with applicable laws. You are fully vested when you join, and the plan easily rolls over into other qualified 401(k) or IRA plans.

Working together . . . DRG has a program we refer to as VIPR or "Very Important People Resource." We are well aware of the importance your performance and expertise play in helping with client satisfaction and our combined growth. Along with our lunch meetings every other month, we also have "Thank You" coffee cups, water jugs, can coolers, sport shirts, sport jackets and personalized pen and pencil sets. After six (6) months of working together, and each calendar year thereafter, we offer $100.00 on any education, software package or books that will help you enhance your career, in addition to working with client assisted/supported continuing education. We also have summer outings and traditionally, holiday "presents" are provided to workers.

AGREEMENTS: All of the employees' and sub-contractors' agreements are provided by the National Association of Computer Consultant Business (NACCB).
